On July 10th the entire Jewish community will unite to complete a Torah in Efraim's memory. The event will be attended by respected community leaders, the Mayor, and elected officials.

Writing the final letters in the place Efraim's life was tragically taken, will infuse the blood soaked space with the holiness and light of the Torah.
